Our Vision
We envision a nurturing farm environment where children, young people, and adults can build confidence, resilience, and ambition—supported by the healing presence of animals and the safety of a trusted, inclusive space.
Bill Quay Farm
Our Mission
We are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals can rediscover their passion for learning and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and employment.
By working closely with families, professionals, and communities, we aim to raise standards and improve outcomes for all who access our service—particularly those who are disabled, neurodivergent, or disadvantaged..
As an Educational Centre
We have transformed our community farm into a nurturing space that offers opportunities on a fully functional farm working in collaboration with schools for alternative provision, social care for our day service provision, and colleges for person-centred suppported internship placements.
Our site welcomes clients of all abilities to learn new skills, build confidence, and socialise in a safe, holistic, and therapeutic environment. Through hands-on experiences — including animal care, horticulture, and practical learning — we promote personal growth, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging for everyone who visits.
As a Community
As a community farm, we are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. It’s a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family and friends — whether you’re exploring nature, meeting our animals, or simply taking a peaceful moment outdoors.
